Little Poppy Co is a stylish monthly bow subscription. Each month, we design three simple, stylish bows and deliver them straight to your door.
How does a Little Poppy Co subscription work?
Once subscribed, we send you three stylish bows every month that are in line with the season's colors and trends. You can choose between our one-size-fits-all nylon headbands or alligator clips. Bows ship at the end of each month (25th-28th) in a fun pink package that makes mail day with your little one so much fun!
What are the perks to being a subscriber?
Once you're in the bow club you have access to our Exclusive Shop where you will find more bows that can be added to your monthly shipment. You'll also receive access to our favorite baby products and our exclusive LPC dress line!!
What's in my pink package each month?
Each month you will find three new bows that coordinate with the season.
How much does everything cost?
Subscriptions start at $13.99 per month plus $3.50 for domestic shipping and $5.00 for international shipping. You can add on additional subscriptions and pigtail sets to fit your needs, which will increase the monthly price.

I have two daughters. Can I subscribe twice?
Yes, when you are going through the subscribe process you can choose how many sets you want each month.
When can I expect my first shipment of bows?
If you subscribed before the 28th of the month your first shipment will be the 25th – 28th of that month. If you subscribed after the 28th of the month your first shipment will be the 25th – 28th of the following month. Once your pink package has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Are your bows only available through subscription?
Yes, we only offer our bows as part of a subscription. All subscriptions are month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time.
Can I try just one box?
We don't sell bows outside of a subscription, but all subscription are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.
What is sneak peek?
Sneak peek is a preview of the coming month's bows. Each month we post a preview of the bows that will be headed your way on our social media accounts.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can log into your account and edit your email under "account settings."
Can I customize my shipment?
All subscribers receive the same set of bows each month. You can choose between our one-size-fits-all nylon headbands or reversible alligator clips, and can add additional sets of bows and/or pigtail sets. You can also visit our Exclusive Shop to purchase additional products that will ship with your monthly set of bows.
Can I have multiple bow subscriptions under one account?
Yes, you can have more than one subscription on your account. This works great if you want to ship to more than one address. If you just want multiple sets of bows, you can add-on to a single subscription.

How do I change my address?
You can update your address by logging into your account and clicking "edit" next to the subscription you are wanting to edit. Your address needs to be updated by the 4th of the month to guarantee your next shipment is delivered to the updated address.
How can I reactivate my account?
You can reactivate your subscription any time by logging back into your account and clicking "reactivate" under "your subscriptions."
Help! I forgot my password.
No worries! Click "forgot your password" where you normally log in. Just enter your email address and we will send instructions to reset your password. If you need additional help, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I update/change my subscription?
You can easily update your subscription by logging into your account and clicking "edit" next to the subscription you are wanting to edit.
All subscription updates must be made by the 4th of each month for changes to take affect for next month’s bows. For example, you must submit changes to your subscription online by June 4th for updates to be included in your July shipment (shipping at the end of June).
If you updates your subscription AFTER the 5th of the month, you'll receive one more shipment of bows with your current preferences, or not including the updates. And changes will take effect the following month. For example, if you update your subscription on June 8th (or any day after the 5th of the month), you'll receive the same bows as usual in July (shipping at the end of June), and changes will be included in your August shipment (shipping at the end of July).
Help! I received the wrong bows.

Help! I'm missing bows/products I added from the Exclusive Shop.
We are so sorry you are missing something from your order. Please remember that add-ons purchased from the Exclusive Shop AFTER the 18th will not ship with your monthly subscription. If your purchase was made before the 18th, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get it fixed right away.
Can I return my order?
Because our bows are seasonal we don't offer returns. If there is a problem with your bows or you are unhappy please email us at email@example.com so we can get you taken care of!
Can I exchange my bows?
Yes, if you ordered clips but wanted headbands, or vice versa, you can mail back your bows (you would be responsible for the return shipping). Once we receive them we will send out a new set in the updated preference. All exchanges need to include your name, email, address and information on what style you want to exchange for.
Help! My bows arrived damaged.

Where are your bows produced/manufactured?
The majority of our bows are produced overseas, with a small amount produced locally by our five in-house seamstresses.
I don't use certain types of bows. Can I opt out?
You are not able to opt-out of certain types of bows. Each shipment contains a variety of bows – we mix up the styles, fabrics and colors every month to keep things fresh and fun!
Should I choose headbands or clips?
We usually recommend starting with headbands. If your babe has enough hair for a sturdy ponytail then you can try out clips but the headbands look adorable even when your little ones grow hair.
What is the Classics Collection subscription?
The Classics Collection will feature one mystery bow per month as an add-on subscription. These timeless bows will be staples in your collection for years to come. The Classics Collection is available in pigtails (two matching clip bows, single headband or single clip.
How do I subscribe for the Classics Collection?
The Classics Collection is only available as an add-on for current subscribers. Spots for the Classics Collection open up every month on the 1st at 10am MST. Spots will be open for 48 hours or until spots or filled. All active subscribers will receive an email with link to subscribe.
Can I buy bows from previous months?
Yes, if we have extra inventory we put them in our Exclusive Shop for our subscribers to purchase.
What type of bows might I receive?
Every month we change it up, so it's a little bit of a surprise. We create bows for all occasions that are simple and classic, and that are in line with the season's colors and trends. You can see some of our previous month's bows here.
Am I able to choose the bows I receive?
Everyone is sent the same three bows each month. You do have the choice between nylon headbands or alligator clips. If you want to customize your shipment you can purchase additional bows from our Shop !
How do I convert my bows from headbands to clips?
If you are ready to convert your headbands to clips you can purchase our conversion kits in the Exclusive Shop . These kits should convert most of our bows easily but some older bows may not be compatible. We've created a quick video to show you how to convert. Click here to watch!
What is a one-size-fits all nylon headband?
Our headbands are made from a comfy nylon material that stretches to fit all sizes. It will fit a newborn baby, a toddler, and even an adult while keeping its shape. So if you want to share your bows with your babe, you totally can!
What kind of clip?
The clip is a single prong alligator clip. We attach a non-slip grip to the bow to help keep it secure. The bows are made to be reversible so you can easily pull the clip out and reverse what side the bow is worn.
I lost one bow from a previous month, can I get a replacement?
This is one of the main reasons we started this subscription. Losing bows happens a lot and we didn't want you to worry about it because you know you have three new bows showing up soon! If it was a bow you love, we totally feel you! We don't sell the bows individually but you can purchase the entire month again if it's available in the shop!
Is there a cut off for signing up for bows?
To receive the coming month's bows, you need to subscribe before the 28th of the month. The cut off could be sooner depending on quantities available. The header of the website will show what bows you will be receiving. If you sign up after the 28th, you will receive the following month's bows. For example, if you sign up January 15th your first shipment will of bows will go out January 25th – 28th. If you subscribe on January 30th, your first shipment of bows will go out February 25th – 28th.
Where's my pink package?
Once your pink package ships you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take around 7 business days before it arrives for domestic shipments and 2-3 weeks if being shipped international.

We ship subscriptions the 25th – 28th of the month.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account and see your tracking info there.
Can I get my monthly shipment sooner?
We send all monthly shipments at the same time each month. If you want bows sooner, you can visit our Exclusive Shop and purchase previous month's bows, add-ons, favorites, etc. and include "quick ship" product and they will be sent right away.
My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
Packages can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. It's completely normal for a package to go a few days without an update to the tracking. If it's been longer than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can help.
My package was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it.
We see a lot of packages show up a day or two after it's been marked delivered. Please give it a few more days and if it doesn't show up, email us at email@example.com so we can help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but please be advised the recipient is responsible for the country's customs fees and delays.
When will my pink package ship?
Our shipping window is the 25th – 28th of each month. As soon as your package ships you will receive an email within 24 hours with tracking info.
How do orders ship?
We ship through USPS for domestic orders and DHL for anything going international.
How much is shipping each month?
Shipping and handling is $3.50 per month. $5.00 per month for shipments going international. Purchases made in the Exclusive Shop will be added to your monthly shipment at no additional shipping cost.
How much is international shipping?
All international orders ship for $5.00 per month.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
When will I be charged?
You are charged as soon as you sign up and on the 5th of every month going forward. If you sign up after the 28th you will not be charged on the coming 5th.
How do I update my billing information?
You can update your payment info anytime by logging into your account, clicking "edit" under credit card, replacing your existing information, and clicking save.
I updated my billing information after the regular billing date. When will I receive my package?
If you update your billing information before the 25th, you will receive the coming month's bows.
Can I change my monthly billing date?
No, every renewal happens on the 5th of each month.
I received an email that you weren't able to process my payment. What do I do?
This means your payment did not go through and your subscription was unable to renew. To fix this problem you need to log into your account and update your billing information. If you continue to receive the email after your payment information is updated, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
You can only remove your payment method after your subscription has been cancelled. If you need help removing your payment method while your subscription is active please email us at email@example.com .
What is the Exclusive Shop?
Once you're in the bow club you have access to our Exclusive Shop where you will find more bows that can be added to your monthly shipment. You'll also receive access to our favorite baby products and our exclusive LPC dress line!
What products will I see in the Exclusive Shop?
You will find lots of fun stuff in the shop. Any available previous monthly bow sets will be here, past favorites, newborn bows, monthly add-ons, our very own Polly linen dresses and other baby products that we love.
When do products ship from the Exclusive Shop?
Orders placed in the Exclusive Shop ship with your monthly shipment, the 25th – 28th, as long as your order was placed before the 18th. If you want your order sooner you can purchase "quick ship" product and your order will ship in 3-5 business days!
How much does it cost to ship items from the Exclusive Shop?
There is no additional shipping because it will ship with your monthly set of bows. If you want your product sooner you can purchase "quick ship" product, which ships at a flat $5.00 rate.
The products I purchased from the Exclusive Shop weren't included in my package.
All products need to be purchased by the 18th of the month to be included in your coming shipment. If it was after the 18th you will receive them in your next monthly shipment. If you purchased them before the 18th and they are missing from your shipment please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help!
How does "quick ship" product work?
You can purchase "quick ship" product from the Exclusive Shop and your order will ship in 3-5 business days. Please note that this does not speed up the shipment of your monthly bows. If you forgot to add "quick ship" product to your order, or you decide later you want an order in the Exclusive Shop to ship earlier, you can purchase it and we will combine it with all Exclusive Shop products and ship in 3-5 business days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and clicking "edit" under your subscriptions. Scroll to the bottom and you select "cancel subscription." Please be sure to hit "confirm" on the bottom of the second page after the popup to ensure your subscription is cancelled. You will always receive an email confirming your changes.
What is your cancellation policy?
All of our subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. You must cancel before the 5th of the month to not receive the following shipment. If you cancel on or after the 5th you will receive one more shipment.
Can I place my subscription on hold?
We currently don't have a way to put your subscription on hold. You can cancel your subscription and reactive when you are ready to come back.
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Yes, there are two different ways you can gift a subscription. You can purchase one of our gift sets under "gift" on our website. This includes a set of bows plus a one-, three-, or six-month subscription that the recipient can redeem at any time. The other option is to go through the subscribe process on our website, enter the recipient's information, select "this is a gift," and choose if you want the subscription to renew or not. If you choose for it to not renew, the recipient will only receive one set of bows. If you choose to renew you can still log in and cancel it at any time.
How do I purchase a gift set?
All our gift options are located on our website under the "gift" tab. Just select the gift set you would like to give, your subscription length (one-, three- or six-month), and whether to send the initial set of bows on headbands or clips.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Yes. All gift sets are sent in a kraft box, tied with a bow, ready to be gifted or sent directly to the recipient.
What if the person I'm buying a gift subscription for is already subscribed?
The recipient will need to email us at email@example.com with their gift code and we will apply it to their account.
If I buy a gift subscription, will my card be charged each month?
If you purchase a gift set your card will only be charged once for the gift amount. If you subscribe for another person you can choose between a renewing or non-renewing gift at checkout. If you select a "non-renewing" gift your credit card will only be charged for one set of bows. If you select a "renewing" gift the subscription will renew each month until you cancel the subscription.
I just ordered a gift subscription, what happens now?
All gift sets ship in 3-5 business days. Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking info. If you are sending the gift directly to the recipient they will be able to choose when they want to redeem/start their subscription. If you subscribed for the recipient their first set of bows will ship during our normal shipping window (25th – 28th).
How do I claim my gift subscription?
As soon as you are ready to start your subscription click "subscribe" on the website, choose your preferences, and enter your information. When you get to the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift code and it will bring the balance due to $0.
I just claimed my gift subscription but it's asking for payment?
Even though it won't be charged, you must have a credit card on file to start your subscription. Once your gift subscription ends, your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged. If you do not want this to happen, be sure to cancel as soon as you receive your last month of free bows. For example, if you receive a three-month gift subscription, cancel after you receive your third set of bows and your card will never be charged. Be sure to cancel your subscription by the 5th of the following month or your subscription will auto-renew.
I just received a gift subscription but I'm already a member...

How do I use my coupon?
You can redeem your coupon at checkout. The coupon box is located on left hand side toward the bottom of the page.
Help! I have two coupons but only one is working.
