Bows and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothing items can be returned if unwashed and unworn within 15 days of receipt.

Defective items due to manufacturer issues (faulty button, stitching coming undone, etc.) can be exchanged (if available) or returned for store credit within 45 days of receipt. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping, orders will be refunded once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
