How much does it cost?
Subscriptions start at $17.99 for a 12 month subscription (committed to the 12 month period) or $19.99 for month-to-month where you can cancel at any time. Pricing reflects on Bracelets and Accessories subscriptions as well.
When will I be charged?
The subscription renews on the 17th of each month.
When will my order ship?
Monthly subscriptions ship by the 28th every month! If you subscribe after the 28th, your order will ship by the last day of the month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anyone in a month-to-month plan can cancel at anytime. We show the bows before you're charged so you can decide if you want to stay subscribed for the upcoming month. If you don't, you can opt out of that month by skipping your subscription or cancelling. You're free to change sizes at anytime!
Anyone committed to a 12 month subscriptions is locked in for the duration of the selected timeframe. You can cancel once the 12 month period ends, but not during. You're free to change sizes at anytime!
Can I change sizes?
Of course! We get that babes age a little too quickly and you may want to switch their size or try out a new size for a month. You can do this by logging in to your account and managing your subscription there.
Do I have to be a subscriber to shop?
No subscription needed to shop. We add new product to the shop nearly every week, always matching seasonal styles and trends! No subscription needed to access anything in the Shop. However, the monthly bows are only available to subscribers. Leftover inventory from monthly sets (if any available) will be added to the Shop at a higher price the following month.
What's the subscriber discount?
Subscribers get 40% off everything in the Shop + free shipping. Our semi-annual sales are also only open to active subscribers where they enjoy even deeper discounts.
